How to Place Order

How to Place Order

Step1. Register
Open www.ritodental.com  and then check the top side to find the "Sign in" button to "create a new account" to register.

Step2. Log in
If you are already one of our members, just click "Sign in" button on the top of our home page.

Step3. Check what you need
Go through www.ritodental.com and find out what you need. You can also search what you need by key words, for example, handpiece, spindles, impellers, bearings....

Step4. Add to cart
When you find the items you want to order, choose choose the model and "Add to cart". You can see the weight and calculate the shipping cost when you click " Proceed To Checkout"

Sterp5. Confirm billing address and delivery address
There are summaries when you "Add to cart" to reconfirm all your order details, and then please confirm your address.

Step6. Choose delivery way
You can choose EMS, TNT, DHL, UPS or FedEx to ship your order . Or you can contact us to  find the best shipping way for your order.

Step7. Choose The Payment Way
You can pay by bank  wire transfer or western union or PayPal.

Step8. Check confirmation in registered e-mail box
When your order placed successfully, please check your registered email to find your "Order Confirmation" email from us in a short time. If you do not get it, please email us immediately with your order number.

Step9. Get agreement on all details
All orders must be confirmed within 5 days after we get full payment of your order, otherwise, our system will change your order status automatically to be "making your order" without any return, exchange and refund under any conditions only for already paid orders. Please consider this carefully and if you have any questions, please contact us without hesitation.

Step10. Production
We will make and sew your dresses within 20 working days according to the confirmation email stated and will not accept any exchange, refund and return under any circumstances.

Step11. Ship
We will ship your order within 2 working days after finishing the production to recheck  all your order details including order styles, colors, sizes and shipping methods strictly according to the confirmation email. Besides, our customer service will send you tracking number when we ship the goods for you. It will make it easy to track it online in person and will also change your order status to be "shipped".

1. Note about shipping!

Dear client,
Shipping is one of the important bridge between us and our clients. There were more or less delay in all the shipping ways because of the Covo-19 pandemic. We suggest that our client choose the faster shipping company for shipping, such as DHL/UPS/Fedex. Please caution to choose the Economic Air Mail shipping spicially for those orders which cost more than hundreds. It's difficult for us to track such package incase it lost when they are on the way. 
We wish you and your family healthy and keep away from the virus !!!


2. Please Caution About Scam Mail!!!
 
There are some scam cases around us. Such as the hacker hacked any e-mail of you or your contact. Then they will copy a very simliar e-mail account to cheat both side in the same time. They try all the way (telling many reasons) to change the banking information on the invoice and  push the buyer to pay to the NEW account (whatever with Western Union or bank transfer). 
 
Please contact us before doing anything, if you got e-mails asking you to transfer payment to a NEW account.
 
To avoid to be a victim:
1. Keep your E-mail Password save, DO NOT input your password to any link which you get from your e-mail.  
2. Call your supplier to confim if they are changing any banking infirmation for the deal.
