Shipping
Delivery:
1.Most of the goods will be shipped in 3 working days. We will send you the tracking number as soon as we ship the goods. NOTE: Some items maybe out of stock temporally. we will inform you if the shipment will be delayed. You can decide to get refund to your Paypal or wait for the shipment.
2. We will ship the goods by the way you choose from our system. But sometimes we will change the shipping way to avoid some problem, for example the products come with batteries will be shipped in our convenient.  If you have any special requirement for the shipping, please write to the NOTE when you check out, or send us email (shop@ritodental.com) to inform us.

About Tax:
1. Normally when you buying products from other country,  you will need to pay custom duty and tax. Different countries are different rate on the tax.
2. About invoice, normally we will invoice the same cost as your ordering cost.
3. We will try our best to help you avoid paying too much tax when you are buying from us. Please leave message in NOTE or contact us when ordering.
4. We will try our best to help you on the custom clearance, but we can not control the custom clearance in your country.
5. Please learn more policy about the importation in your country. It will help you when you are buying from us or any other suppliers out of your country.

Warranty & Return
1. We will packed the products very well before shipping the package. Please check carefully as soon as you receive the package.
2. When the package arrive, please check firstly the packing situation. If the package is broken, wet or damaged, please demand the postman to write DEFECTIVE PACKAGE on the bill before you sign the bill. This help you to keep to the right for compensate from the transport company for the damaged products.
3. If you find any defective or damaged on the items you received, Please contact us send us the following information in your email.
* Your order number.
* Name of the defective items, and the problem of the items if you know.
* Photos of the damage items
We will reply you as soon as we get your mail in the nearest working day. We will try our best to solve the problem with you.

Can the package returned ?
We accept the return in the following condition:
1.Wrong delivery, if you don't receive what you ordered, you can return the package
2.Receiving defective products.
Goods can be returned in no more than 15 days after you receive the products, and products must be unused with its original package.

How to Return ?
If you want to return the products to us, please read carefully and following the steps:
1.Please email us (shop@ritodental.com) with the following information:
* Your order number
* The products which you want to return
* Reason for returning.
2. We will reply you as soon as we get your email, and we will send you the shipping information.
3. Please send us the tracking number after you send the package.
NOTE:We DO NOT ACCEPT order returned before informing us.

Can you get your money back after returning the goods?
Yes, We will issue refund within 7 days after we receive the returned package.


How to track my order?
We will provide a tracking numbers as soon as the order is Shipped. You will recieve an e-mail from our system to your regiested e-mail address. The shipping company's tracking number will be posted also in your account page. With the tracking number, clients can enter the shipping company's official website to check the shipping status of your package.

You can track your order in your account, login your account, go to Order History - Shipment Shipped  to check your order!

1. Note about shipping!

Dear client,
Shipping is one of the important bridge between us and our clients. There were more or less delay in all the shipping ways because of the Covo-19 pandemic. We suggest that our client choose the faster shipping company for shipping, such as DHL/UPS/Fedex. Please caution to choose the Economic Air Mail shipping spicially for those orders which cost more than hundreds. It's difficult for us to track such package incase it lost when they are on the way. 
We wish you and your family healthy and keep away from the virus !!!


2. Please Caution About Scam Mail!!!
 
There are some scam cases around us. Such as the hacker hacked any e-mail of you or your contact. Then they will copy a very simliar e-mail account to cheat both side in the same time. They try all the way (telling many reasons) to change the banking information on the invoice and  push the buyer to pay to the NEW account (whatever with Western Union or bank transfer). 
 
Please contact us before doing anything, if you got e-mails asking you to transfer payment to a NEW account.
 
To avoid to be a victim:
1. Keep your E-mail Password save, DO NOT input your password to any link which you get from your e-mail.  
2. Call your supplier to confim if they are changing any banking infirmation for the deal.
