MOSCOW, Russia: In order to enhance its presence in the growing Russian dental market, Ivoclar Vivadent, an international manufacturer of materials systems for dental applications, has founded a new subsidiary in Russia. The Moscow-based subsidiary was formally inaugurated in September.
According to a recently published press release, the new subsidiary will be instrumental in scaling up the company’s activities in the Russian market.
“We have restructured our marketing and sales office into a subsidiary. This means that we now have our own warehouse logistics in Russia and are able to respond to the demands of our customers with considerably more flexibility,” Stephan Uhlmann, Ivoclar Vivadent’s managing director, explained.
In addition, the company announced the opening of its International Center for Dental Education, which will enable the company to serve customers in the market more comprehensively and effectively with product training courses and high-profile presentations.
Currently, Ivoclar Vivadent has subsidiaries and marketing and sales offices in 24 countries around the world.
