The event, which is one of the most important fairs for the dental industry in Europe, will take place at the Feria de Madrid. In halls 7 and 9, the latest dental equipment, furniture, instruments, consumables and services will be showcased over the course of three days, according to the organisers. 

In 2012, over 22,000 visitors and 284 exhibitors registered for the show, representing increases of 7.6 per cent and 10.5 per cent respectively from 2010. In addition, EXPODENTAL reported growing participation from abroad, with nearly 6 per cent more foreign visitors from 59 countries, and 31 per cent more international companies from 16 different countries registered.

The event is supported by the Spanish Federation of Healthcare Technology Businesses (FENIN), an organisation representing the majority of manufacturing, import and distribution companies and associations for health-care technology and products in Spain.
